Elaine A. Hodgson, President & CEO, is a founder of IT and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since the company's inception in 1985. A veteran of the entertainment and technical development world, Hodgson has led IT from a $150,000 basement start-up to the international enterprise it has become today. Hodgson's leadership and development of global brands such as Golden Tee Golf have earned her a variety of awards and honors including membership in the University of Illinois-Chicago's Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. As President, she oversees the strategic planning and marketing of the company's products and intellectual properties. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in biochemistry, Hodgson began her career as an industrial chemist at the Kennedy Space Center.
Richard A. Ditton, Executive Vice President, is a founder of IT and has used his extensive technical development background to help grow the company to become the industry leader it is today. A key developer of hardware and software tools since IT's inception, Ditton is credited with developing the first commercially successful online tournament system, and he continues to take an active role in the technical development side of the company. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University. Early in his career he worked for IBM as a designer of launch software for the Space Shuttle at NASA.
Scott Morrison, Vice President of Amusement Marketing, a 25-year veteran of the amusement industry, Morrison began his career as a video game artist and designer. Morrison joined the IT team in 1987 and now oversees all facets of the company's marketing and remains an integral figure in the company's overall strategic development process. His education includes a B.F.A. degree in graphic design from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
Steven Jaskowiak, Vice President of Engineering, joined IT in 1987 as a hardware engineer. Prior to his current responsibilities of overseeing the engineering, prototyping and development of all new products at IT, Jaskowiak worked for various companies in the development of automotive test equipment and mobile cellular radios. Jaskowiak also serves as the director of IT's extensive technical support group. Jaskowiak earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S.E.E. from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
James M. Doré, COO/CFO, joined IT in 1999. Doré brings a strong administrative background to the IT management team including stints as a CFO for Gloria Jean's Gourmet Coffee, VP/CFO for Classics International Entertainment and VP/Administration for Trendler Components of Chicago. Doré is responsible for all day-to-day operations at IT as well as production, forecasting, and budgeting. A 1979 graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in accountancy, Doré earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA.
Don Pesceone, Vice President of Amusement, joined the IT management team in 2001. With over 15 years experience as a successful leader of sales organizations in the direct marketing, business-to-business, and healthcare industries, Pesceone currently leads IT's thriving sales force. With his efforts focused on relationship sales and bottom line profits, Pesceone spearheaded the company's successful move to direct sales in 2004. Pesceone studied design and painting at the Art Institute of Chicago and business and marketing at the College of DuPage.
Dan Schrementi, Vice President of Gaming Sales & Marketing, joined IT in 2004 after working on the marketing team for the Chicago White Sox. After years of brand management experience for IT products such as Golden Tee® Golf, Schrementi was moved to direct the marketing strategy for the company's emerging casino gaming initiative and now plays an integral role in the strategic market planning of IT's slot game development. Schrementi is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. in Marketing and earned his M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
Tony DeFeo, Vice President of Software Engineering, joined IT in 1999 and brings over 17 years of gaming experience to IT with previous roles at Capcom and Konami. DeFeo is responsible for developing the software components that power critical technology applications, including the driving system behind the company’s casino games. DeFeo graduated from The Florida Institute of Technology in 1991 with a BS in Computer Science.
Beena Blake, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, joined IT in 2011 as Western Regional Sales Manager. Blake brings over 25 years of casino gaming experience to the company ranging from product sales, development and casino operations. Her experience also includes over 21 years of experience within various managerial roles at IGT. During Blake's time at IT as Regional Director, she oversaw the strategic rollout of the company's video slot games in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Blake utilizes her years of experience to continue IT’s growth in strategic markets and key accounts.
Jim Palermo, Vice President of Product Development, joined IT in 2014. In this role, Palermo will oversee departments and teams vital to the creative execution of game design, production and mathematics. He brings 8 years of gaming experience from WMS Gaming, where he served in various roles including Senior Mathematician, Principle Game Strategist and Director of Product Performance and Insight. While at WMS, Palermo played an integral development role in some of their most successful products. Palermo has previous experience as an options trader and has received dual Master’s Degrees in mathematics & business administration from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
Lawrence J. Hodgson, Vice President of Engineering, joined IT in 1987 as a software engineer and game designer. Hodgson is credited with co-designing and leading the development of Golden Tee Golf, IT’s landmark coin-op product and served in various executive roles during his time at the company. After nearly 25 years, Hodgson left IT to pursue endeavors in the casino gaming industry, but returned to IT in 2014. As Vice President of Engineering, Hodgson is responsible for overseeing the engineering, quality assurance and regulatory compliance for all IT products while maintaining an active role in video slot game design.
Matthew Randazzo, Vice President of Mechanical Engineering, joined IT in 2007 as Senior Mechanical Engineer. Randazzo brings over 20 years of experience in product design and development in various industries and has led major projects in developing IT’s latest casino gaming cabinets. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and his Masters of Engineering Management from Northwestern University’s McCormick school of Engineering.
