Incredible Technologies Revamps Websites
Business and Game Sites Updated for Operators and Players
(May 14, 2008 – Arlington Heights, IL) The most-visited websites in coin-op – the corporate and game sites of industry leader Incredible Technologies – have all been given a complete overhaul for the benefit of operators and players.
This week www.itsgames.com, the company's corporate website that hundreds of operators visit on a daily basis, went live with both a new look and a new functionality. It was the last of the company's websites to be updated.
"We started this process a year ago," said Scott Schoenberg Director of Server Technology. "Now all our sites have a fresh new distinctive look and feel."
Operators will notice one thing immediately upon accessing the website.
"We gave Operator Services a sleek new look and removed a lot of stuff that cluttered up the old site," Schoenberg said. "Operators can login using just their User ID and password now. A special security code is no longer needed."
In the new Operator Services section operators can now manage their account, download the FACTS LIVE and AD WIZ programs, view audits and adjustables, run diagnostic checks on their games and purchase gift cards. Also available are free downloads of a wide variety of images, parts lists and manuals.
"We recommend that all of our operators bookmark www.itsgames.com and visit it everyday for news and information important to their business," said Senior VP of Sales Don Pesceone. "It's the gateway to the IT universe. It's one of the most valuable tools we provide for our customers."
For players of the company's games, new websites were created for Golden Tee Golf (www.goldentee.com), Silver Strike Bowling (www.silverstrikebowling.com) and Target Toss Pro: BAGS (www.targettosspro.com).
"These sites are designed to give casual players and diehards the information they need to enhance their game-playing experience," said Marketing Manager Dan Schrementi. "We know we have their attention when they're at the bar playing. Now we're connecting with them when they're at home or the office. We want to continue to be meaningful and relevant to our players no matter where they are. These new websites will go a long way to making that happen."
Whether checking stats, reading news, listening to podcasts or just communicating with fellow players from around the world, players are visiting IT's game sites more frequently.
"April and May have set records for unique visitors," Schrementi said. "We knew that Silver Strike would be way up due to the National Tournament, but even Golden Tee was off the charts. It's clear that we're giving players what they want. We know what they need and we're providing it for them in an attractive and easy-to-use format."
Schrementi went on to say that communities of players need a place to meet, especially a community that's scattered across 50 states and 5 countries.
"Our websites are where players go to learn, be entertained, communicate and connect," he said. "I encourage all operators to visit our player sites too. It's a quick and easy way to see what players are talking about and what's important to them."
The Incredible Technologies websites were nominated for the prestigious 2008 Webby Awards. The Webby's honor excellence in interactive design, creativity, usability and functionality. IT's web development team consists of Schoenberg, designer Jaime Radwan and developers Greg Ryza and Yelena Meltser.
