Incredible Technologies Bolsters Customer Service Department

Company Also Adds Salesperson and Senior Software Engineer


(March 7, 2008 – Arlington Heights, IL) In keeping with its goal of providing the finest customer service in the amusement industry, Incredible Technologies announced today the appointment of a new customer service manager and the hiring of two new customer service specialists.

"Our reputation of providing the best customer service in the industry is something we’re very proud of," said vice president of sales, Don Pesceone. "We are currently taking orders for the Silver Strike Bowling 2009 update and should start shipping them soon. IT’s new customer service manager is Nick Frank. Nick has been with IT for nearly 8 years, and in his previous role as a key employee in the Tech Services department, has an intimate knowledge of all IT products. Nick currently attends DeVry University studying Computer and Electronics Technology.

Julia Scott, a new customer service specialist, comes to IT after recently leaving a family-owned tool and dye business where she managed their customer service and office operations. Julia has a keen understanding of manufacturing environments and has extensive experience with vendors, customers and carriers.

New customer service specialist, Gloria White, joins IT after managing a Mario Tricoci Salon where she was responsible for all spa and salon customer service issues. Prior to that Gloria worked as an administrator in healthcare for many years where she won numerous customer service awards.

Chris Brewer is IT’s new senior software engineer. Chris comes to IT from WMS Gaming, where he performed systems support for their internal frameworks and operating systems. Chris has over 20 years of programming experience working with gaming systems and games, including the BattleTech location-based-entertainment system.

Josh Pick is IT’s new inside sales associate. A recent graduate of the University of Iowa, Josh previously was beverage manager at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in suburban Rosemont IL. Josh welcomes your sales calls at 800.262.0323 x 137.
